Meet The Team

Garry founded Tarigo following senior roles in Product Management and Product Marketing at leading tech firms including Hewlett Packard and Micromuse.

With a deep passion for training individual product managers, Garry also brings extensive experience driving large-scale product transformations across global organisations.

Outside of work, Garry’s hobbies include washing muddy dogs, picking things up off the floor, and—mostly—complaining about both!

Louise brings her 20+ years in senior Product Management and Product Marketing Roles to those working with Tarigo.

Louise is expert at developing and launching new products and managing them through full the product life cycle. She has worked many client organisations to manage product transformation. She also leads Tarigo’s ‘Power Skills’ delivery – the tools, techniques and habits that most product training misses out.

When not talking about product, Louise can be found in the garden, tending her best in show runner beans or on the yoga mat!

David is Tarigo’s Leadership Consultant, a role which puts his 25+ years experience as Chief Product Officer at several businesses, including Sage Group, Iris Software and Causeway Technologies to good use.

David is expert in defining market/customer driven products, innovation to differentiate and managing for commercial success.

David is also founder of the Product Leaders Alliance.

We always know when David is away from his desk, and on his bike, as the company WhatsApp chat fills up with pictures of the Northumberland countryside!

Deborah (aka Debs) is Tarigo’s operational and delivery lead working across the training and consultancy team.

Deborah is focused on ensuring clients receive an exceptional, prompt level of service and she is the main point of contact for scheduling our workshops and dealing with operational queries.

To wind down you will find Debs at the coast walking along the cliffs with her dog Max. Or, maybe in the local public house. Walking is thirsty work!

Graham’s background includes 23 years in senior product management and product marketing leadership roles at established businesses and challenger brands.

Graham’s expertise lies in leading product management teams, developing a winning product strategy, and then communicating this across all stakeholders to drive success. He also never shuts up about product marketing and creating differentiation.

In his spare time, he tries in vain to keep fit and stop eating chocolate. It’s a work in progress.

Kane leads for Tarigo on digital innovation, building the systems to support AI led product management training and individual and team skills assessment.

An accomplished and experienced product management training consultant, Kane has deep expertise in assessment, analysis and reporting of team and individual product manager skills and the application of AI to the product management function.

Away from the desk, Kane is a musician and car fanatic, and he’ll be found in the countryside on a farm or driving down green lanes!

It is difficult to fit Stephen’s background and influence on the UK tech sector into such a small box. In his role as Chairman, Stephen will be helping guide Tarigo through the next stage of its growth.

Stephen is the founder of the Cambridge University Computer Lab Ring. He is also Hon. Life Member, Cambridge University Department of Computer Science & Tech; Venture Partner Emeritus at Seedcamp, London and Former President, CFO and main board director of Micromuse Inc. (NASDAQ: MUSE).

Away from all the above, Stephen is a budding pianist and table tennis player!

Angela keeps the Tarigo training wheels turning as our brilliant Training Coordinator, making sure every session runs smoothly and every delegate is in the right place at the right time.

With a sharp eye for detail and a calm, can-do attitude, she’s the quiet force behind the scenes that keeps everything on track.

Outside of work, Angela doesn’t really have spare time—she devotes it all to her three dogs: throwing balls, sweeping floors, untangling fur, and, of course, dishing out cuddles on demand!
