Pre-Learning (Launch Phase)
- Participants are sent a short, client-branded online lesson before the live session.
- It introduces the core ideas and gets them ready to participate.
Purpose: Make sure everyone arrives with a baseline of knowledge, so the live time is used for practice,
not lecture.
Live Event (Delivery Phase)
A 90-minute virtual workshop focused on practice.
- Capped at 15 people, with two facilitators to ensure small-group interaction.
- Slides are used sparingly and only as prompts or activity guides.
- Emphasis is on observation, feedback, and skill rehearsal.
Purpose: Build confidence through doing, not just listening.
Field Kit (Reinforcement Phase)
- After the live event, participants receive a Skill Shot Field Kit — a practical takeaway full of checklists, frameworks, and self-checks.
- These kits are designed as quick reference tools to keep at hand and use on the job.
